R01RICE MILL SPARE PARTS

Rice Mill Spare Parts Manufacturer in India

Toolmetrics Engineers is an ISO 9001:2015 certified rice mill spare parts manufacturer in India, supplying elevator buckets, food-grade belts, plastic gears, bushes and wear parts to rice mills, feed plants and rice mill machinery builders. Every part is made to your drawing or to a sample of the component you are already running, from our works in Hyderabad.

Elevator buckets and food-grade belts for rice mills

The bucket elevator is the part of a rice mill that runs hardest. Buckets dig into a product column at the boot, lift a full charge to the head, and discharge — continuously, against an abrasive product. We injection-mould deep-formed and shovel-type elevator buckets in food-grade HDPE and nylon for bucket elevators rated from 50 to 300 TPH, and supply synthetic food-grade elevator belts alongside them.

Three features decide whether a replacement bucket works. The deep-formed cup sets carrying capacity. The reinforced lip is what survives digging into the product column at the boot. The twin bolt mounting holes must match your belt's existing punching, so a changeover is bolt-off, bolt-on rather than a re-drilling job on a stopped line.

Food-grade polymer construction resists abrasion without shedding fragments into product — the reason moulded buckets have displaced steel in food-contact elevators. For a rice mill running paddy, brown rice or bran, that matters both for product integrity and for how long a set lasts between changes.

Plastic gears, wear parts and machined rice mill components

Beyond the elevator, a rice mill spare parts supplier has to cover the drive and the wear surfaces. We gear-cut plastic gears and sprockets in nylon and acetal, which run quieter than steel and do not need the lubrication a steel pair would in a dusty, food-contact environment. Guide rails and wear strips are machined in UHMWPE so that abrasion lands on a replaceable strip instead of the machine frame.

Rotating components — shafts, rollers, bushes and sleeves — are CNC-turned and VMC-machined to drawing. On a shaft, straightness, journal finish and shoulder positions decide how it runs at speed and how long its bearings last, so those are treated as the critical features during manufacture and inspection. On a bush, the working fit, bore-to-shaft and OD-to-housing, is what it lives or dies by.

Because these are replacement parts for machinery already installed, most enquiries start from a worn sample rather than a drawing. That is a normal starting point for us: we can work from the existing component, its dimensions and its mounting pattern.

Materials we manufacture rice mill parts in

Engineering plastics: nylon (PA6/PA66), cast nylon, UHMWPE, HDPE, PTFE and PEEK. Metals: stainless steel 304, 316, 316L, 410 and 420, carbon and alloy steel, brass, phosphor bronze and aluminium. Other grades can be arranged on request.

Material selection for a rice mill part is usually driven by three things — whether the part touches product, how abrasive that product is at that point in the line, and whether the position is washed down. Tell us the position and the product and we will manufacture to the grade your drawing specifies, or discuss the material if the drawing leaves it open.

Made to drawing, inspected to drawing

We manufacture strictly to your released drawing. Material is verified before machining begins, the first component of each batch is checked against the critical dimensions, in-process checks run through the batch, and finished components are verified to the drawing before packing under batch identification.

Batch identification is what makes a rice mill spare parts manufacturer useful over more than one order. Approved components are retained in our batch records, so a re-order twelve months from now arrives interchangeable with the set already on your machine — the same drawing revision, the same inspection requirements, the same fit.

Our processes are CNC turning, VMC machining and injection moulding, under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system. An NDA can be arranged before any detailed technical exchange.

Rice mill spare parts — common questions

Do you manufacture rice mill elevator buckets to match our existing belt?
Yes. Send the existing bucket's dimensions and bolt-hole pattern, or a sample with photographs, along with the elevator's capacity and the product handled. Buckets are supplied to match the punching already on your belt so the changeover is bolt-off, bolt-on.
Are the elevator buckets and belts food grade?
Yes. Buckets are injection-moulded in food-grade HDPE and nylon, and the synthetic elevator belts supplied alongside them are food grade — suitable for direct contact with grain, flour and feed.
What elevator capacities do your buckets cover?
We supply buckets for bucket elevators rated from 50 to 300 TPH, in deep-formed and shovel-type profiles, for mills, feed plants and silo installations.
Can you manufacture a rice mill part from a sample instead of a drawing?
Yes. Most replacement enquiries start from a worn component rather than a drawing. Send the sample with photographs, the material if known, and the position it runs in, and we will work from that.
Do you supply single replacement parts or only bulk quantities?
Both. Quantities are quoted per requirement, from a single prototype or replacement through repeat batches. Lead time is confirmed with the quotation.
Where are you located and do you supply across India?
Our works are in Hyderabad, Telangana. We manufacture to drawing for customers across India, including rice mills, feed plants, rice mill machinery manufacturers and spare-parts dealers.
REQUEST A QUOTE

Send your drawing, or the worn part itself with dimensions and photographs, together with the material, quantity and where it runs on the line. For elevator buckets, include the bolt-hole pattern, the elevator's capacity and the product being handled. Quantities are quoted per requirement — from a single replacement through repeat batches — and lead time is confirmed with the quotation.
