We collect only what is needed to review and respond to your enquiry:

• Enquiry and RFQ form data — your name, company, contact details (email and/or phone), and the requirement details you enter (component, material, quantity, application, delivery, and any optional technical details you add).
• Uploaded files — drawings, specifications, and photographs you attach to an enquiry.
• Technical site data — standard server logs and, where enabled, analytics data such as pages visited and approximate device/browser information.

A draft of an unfinished enquiry form is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) so it can be restored on your next visit; it is not sent to us until you submit.

We use the information we collect to:

• review and respond to your enquiry with the appropriate next steps;
• evaluate manufacturability — material, process, tolerances, inspection needs;
• communicate with you about your requirement;
• meet legal, accounting, and operational record-keeping obligations.

Uploaded drawings and files are stored privately, access-restricted, never published, and never shared with third parties except as required to fulfil the enquiry or by law.

Drawings and technical files you send us are treated as confidential business information:

• files are stored in private, access-restricted storage;
• access is limited to the Toolmetrics team reviewing your requirement;
• files are retained only as long as needed to evaluate and fulfil your enquiry;
• a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be arranged on request before any detailed technical exchange — tick the NDA option in the enquiry form or contact us.

Your drawings are never used for any purpose other than your enquiry.

This website may use analytics tools to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, referring site, approximate region). Cookies used for this purpose are limited to measurement and do not track you across unrelated sites.

You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser settings; the site remains fully usable without analytics cookies.

We do not sell personal data. Information is processed only by service providers acting under contract for us — for example website hosting and email delivery providers — and only to the extent needed to operate this website and respond to enquiries.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information and files you have submitted. Send your request to info@toolmetrics.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Deleting enquiry data may limit our ability to continue evaluating or supplying against that enquiry.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with an updated version and “last updated” date above. Continued use of the website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
