ABOUT THIS COMPONENT FAMILY

Shafts and rollers are the rotating backbone of conveying and processing machinery: shafts transmit torque and carry mounted elements, while rollers guide, support, or drive belts and product along a line. We CNC-turn both to drawing, with ground journals and controlled lengths where the drawing calls for them.

Straightness, journal finish, and shoulder positions decide how a shaft runs at speed and how long its bearings last, so these are treated as the critical features during manufacture and inspection. Material — mild steel, stainless grades, alloy steel, or another metal from our range — follows your specification, and each batch passes first-component and in-process checks before final verification to the drawing.

Send your drawing or a sample with the required quantity and application through the enquiry form. Prototype and repeat-batch quantities are both quoted per requirement, and approved components are retained in our batch records so repeat supply matches earlier production.
