Polymer rollers carry, guide, and tension product and belts in conveying and handling equipment — grooved profiles where belts or cords must track, flat profiles where product rides directly. We injection-mould them to drawing for the loads and speeds your application defines.
Against steel rollers, moulded polymer offers corrosion-free running, lower noise, and less damage to the product surface it touches. Bore and groove geometry are the critical features — the bore for how the roller mounts and runs, the groove for how it tracks — and both are verified against the drawing during batch inspection.
To enquire, send the drawing or sample with bore details, quantity, and what the roller carries. One-off replacements and full conveyor sets are quoted per requirement, with repeat batches produced against the same identified drawing revision as the original.
