Chain guide rails and wear strips line the paths of conveyor systems, keeping chain and product tracking true while absorbing the friction that would otherwise wear the machine itself. We produce them to drawing with machined mounting slots and defined wear surfaces.
Engineering polymers dominate this duty because they run quietly against steel chain with low friction and predictable wear. Slot positions matter as much as the wear surface — guides must land on existing frame holes — so mounting geometry is inspected along with the profile on each batch, verified against your drawing.
Guides are consumables: they exist to be replaced. Send the drawing or a worn section with lengths, quantity, and the running conditions, and we will quote per requirement. Approved profiles are batch-identified so maintenance re-orders arrive matching the strips coming off the line.
