A guide and wear block steers moving product or chain along a defined track while sacrificing its own surface instead of the machine’s. This block is injection-moulded in nylon PA6 with a radiused track surface and mounting holes, made to drawing for the assembly it serves.
PA6 combines wear resistance with quiet running against steel — the reason it displaces metal guides in conveying equipment. The radiused track is the functional surface, so its form and the mounting-hole positions are the critical features; both are verified against the drawing on each batch.
To specify a guide block, send the drawing or a worn sample along with the duty: what runs against it, speeds, and the environment (dry, washdown, food contact). Quantities from a trial set to scheduled repeat batches are quoted per requirement, and approved blocks are batch-identified for straightforward re-ordering.
