ABOUT THIS COMPONENT FAMILY

Elevator buckets do the lifting in bucket elevators — the vertical legs that move grain, flour, and feed through mills, feed plants, and silo installations rated from 50 to 300 TPH. We injection-mould deep-formed and shovel-type buckets in food-grade HDPE and nylon, with a reinforced lip and twin bolt mounting holes, and supply synthetic food-grade belts alongside them.

A bucket’s deep-formed cup sets its carrying capacity; the reinforced lip is what survives digging into the product column at the boot; and the twin bolt holes must match your belt’s punching so replacement is bolt-off, bolt-on. Food-grade polymer construction resists abrasion without shedding fragments into product — the reason moulded buckets have displaced steel in food-contact elevators.

For replacements, send your existing bucket’s dimensions and bolt-hole pattern (or a sample and photographs) with the elevator’s capacity and product. For new installations, send the elevator specification. Bucket sets, belts, and repeat supply are quoted per requirement, and batches are identified so a future re-order matches the buckets already on your belt.
