Elevator buckets do the lifting in bucket elevators — the vertical legs that move grain, flour, and feed through mills, feed plants, and silo installations rated from 50 to 300 TPH. We injection-mould deep-formed and shovel-type buckets in food-grade HDPE and nylon, with a reinforced lip and twin bolt mounting holes, and supply synthetic food-grade belts alongside them.
Replacement fit depends on the bucket profile, bolt-hole diameter and centre spacing, belt width, bucket spacing and casing clearance. Check these together rather than choosing by nominal bucket size alone. Elevator throughput also depends on the belt speed, spacing, product and discharge arrangement; a bucket size by itself does not establish a TPH rating.
For rice or dal mill enquiries, name the product handled — such as paddy, rice, bran or pulses — and describe the operating conditions. Include the existing material if known and any food-contact documentation needed. Material and installation suitability must be reviewed before a replacement is confirmed. Inspect existing buckets for wear, cracks and mounting damage when preparing the enquiry.
For replacements, email a drawing or photographs showing the front, side and mounting face, with dimensions and the required quantity. For new installations, send the elevator specification. Describe the requirement in the form and email the actual files separately. Bucket sets, belts and repeat supply are quoted per requirement; price and lead time follow the specification review.
