A flanged shaft combines a rotating shaft and its mounting flange in one machined piece, removing a joint that would otherwise need fastening, alignment, and inspection of its own. This component is CNC-turned in SS 304 with a bearing journal, keyway, and threaded end — the three features that govern how it locates, transmits torque, and secures into the assembly.
Because journal diameter, keyway fit, and thread class are all defined by the mating parts, we manufacture strictly to your released drawing. Material verification happens before turning begins, the first component of each batch is checked against the critical dimensions, and finished shafts are verified to the drawing before packing under batch identification.
To get a quotation, send the drawing with material grade, quantity, and the application or delivery expectation through the enquiry form. Quantities are quoted per requirement — from a single prototype through repeat batches — and lead time is confirmed with the quotation. An NDA can be arranged before any detailed technical exchange.
