Threaded Components

Threaded studs, nuts, and spindles carry clamping loads and transmit motion — and they fail through their threads, which is why thread quality is the whole job. We produce threaded components to drawing with clean, controlled threads, gauged and verified to the drawing before dispatch.

CNC turning gives concentric threads with proper lead-in and full form to the specified class. Where a spindle also carries journals or keyways, those features are machined in the same setup philosophy as our shafts: critical dimensions identified first, checked on the first component, and held through in-process inspection.

For a quotation, state the thread specification (or send the drawing), the material, and quantities. Special threads that hardware suppliers do not stock — non-standard lengths, materials, or combinations of thread and machined features — are exactly the requirement this family exists for. Quantities and lead time are quoted per enquiry.
