ABOUT THIS COMPONENT FAMILY

Housings enclose and locate working parts — bearings, gears, sensors — while mounting components fix assemblies to frames and bases. These are prismatic parts, so they are VMC-machined to drawing with pocketed cavities and drilled-and-tapped holes positioned to your hole table.

What makes a housing right is positional accuracy: bores that align across faces, tapped holes that match the mating pattern, and datum faces that sit flat. Our machining review identifies these critical features before production, the first component of each batch is verified against them, and final inspection checks the finished housing to the drawing.

Send the drawing with material, quantity, and any surface-finish or flatness requirements through the enquiry form. Development one-offs and production batches are quoted per requirement; approved housings enter batch records so later orders repeat the same verified geometry.
