Flanges & Adaptors

Flanges join and seal; adaptors translate one interface into another — a different bolt pattern, thread standard, or pipe size. Both are defined almost entirely by their mating faces, which is why we machine them to your drawing with bolt-circle holes and fine turned faces as the controlled features.

Production combines CNC turning for the faces and bores with VMC machining for drilling patterns, giving concentric sealing faces and accurately positioned bolt circles from one manufacturing source. Mild steel, stainless grades, aluminium, and brass executions follow your material specification, verified against the grade before machining starts.

To enquire, send the drawing — or the two interfaces the adaptor must bridge — along with material, quantity, and operating conditions. One-off adaptors for a machine rebuild and repeat flange batches for production assemblies are both quoted per requirement, with lead time confirmed at quotation.
