Bushes and sleeves are sacrificial bearing surfaces: they take the wear that would otherwise damage a shaft or housing, and are replaced at service intervals instead of the costlier parts around them. We machine them to drawing with chamfered bores and machined OD grooves, including flanged patterns where the assembly needs axial location.
The working fit — bore-to-shaft and OD-to-housing — is what a bush lives or dies by, so bore and outside diameters are inspected as critical dimensions on the first component of every batch and monitored in-process. Bronze, steel, stainless, and engineering-polymer executions are all manufactured against your stated material specification.
For a quotation, include the drawing or sample, material, quantity, and where the bush runs (dry, lubricated, washdown). Replacement sets and repeat batches are produced against the same drawing revision and inspection requirements as the original supply, so a re-order arrives interchangeable with the last one.
