Filter screens and strainers separate solids from process flow — protecting pumps, valves, and downstream product in process industries. Ours are stainless-steel elements with a perforated screen and a flanged base, turned, drilled, and finished to drawing.
Stainless construction suits washdown and corrosive duty, and the flanged base gives the element a positive seat in its housing. Open area, perforation size, and flange dimensions all follow your drawing, because they are set by the process: what must pass, what must not, and the housing the element drops into. Finished elements are verified to the drawing before packing.
Send the drawing — or the housing dimensions and separation requirement — with the stainless grade, quantity, and application. Replacement elements for existing installations and sets for new equipment are quoted per requirement. Repeat supply runs against the identified drawing revision from the earlier batch.
