Customer-Specific Components

Most of what we manufacture never appears in any catalogue — it exists on a customer’s drawing and nowhere else. This family covers exactly that: components developed from your drawings, approved samples, and specifications across CNC turning, VMC machining, and injection moulding.

Every requirement starts with a manufacturability review: the component’s material, function, critical features, tolerances, quantity, and inspection needs, considered before any process is committed. The process is then chosen to suit the component — turned, milled, moulded, or a combination — and controlled for repeatability, with inspection following the drawing’s critical characteristics.

Send whatever defines your component: a released drawing, a sample to reproduce, or a specification with photographs. Include material, quantity, application, and delivery expectation, and we will respond with the appropriate next steps. Prototypes through scheduled repeat production are quoted per requirement, and an NDA can be arranged before any detailed exchange.
