- GEOMETRY & CRITICAL DIMENSIONS VERIFIED TO DRAWING
Spur gears, sprockets, worm shafts, and worm-wheel sets transmit power in industrial machinery — including the grain-processing equipment this site serves elsewhere. Gearing is unforgiving of dimensional error: tooth profile and mesh, together with the keyed or bolted bore, decide whether a drive runs quietly for years or wears out its partner.
We machine and gear-cut to your drawing, producing replacement gears for existing drives and new gearing for machine builds. Tooth geometry follows the drawing or the sample gear you need matched; bores, keyways, and bolt patterns are machined to suit the shafts and hubs already in your machine. Material follows your specification and is verified before cutting.
For replacements, a worn sample plus tooth count and mating details is often enough to start a review — send photographs and dimensions through the enquiry form. For new gearing, send the drawing. Single replacement gears and repeat sets are both quoted per requirement, with batch identification supporting later re-orders.
